Paleontologist Starter Kit Book Set

Grandkids loved it.

This was a great one! Lots of fun activity, accessible learning, and inspiration for my six year old grand daughter, who now plans a career as a paleontologist.

O my goodness! I can’t say enough good things about this kit. My 9 year daughter has recently discovered her love for all things dinosaurs! This has tickled me pink because I wanted to be a paleontologist when I was her age. I’m pretty sure I enjoyed this kit as much as she did. As far as digging kits this one is at the top of my list. It wasn’t too hard or too easy and they really thought out every step including the mess mat. I personally think the flexibility of the skeleton was a fantastic idea and we actually enjoy the movement of it once it’s assembled. The fossil imprints were easy to do and turned out perfect! To me the best part was the information that pulled in the learning! I highly recommend getting the package with the book! As a huge supporter of good living books supporting learning I’m so impressed with this package. This kit allows for simple discovery and play or diving in deep and learning more! Well done kiwi co.! Nice job, Kiwico. Every time I do a fossil dig kit with the kid, I swear it will be different the next time. And this time it actually was: real wood tools big enough for small hands (instead of cheap plastic), rubber fossil bones (instead of easily breakable plastic), and a chart. Five year old was able to do it quasi-independently without getting frustrated. Up to Kiwi’s usual excellent quality.
